What I Do for UNIVERSUM?
At the Institute, I am responsible for two core pillars that unite our entire digital presence: advanced analytics and technological architecture.
I transform raw information into strategic insights. I design interactive data analyses and visualizations that enable us — and our clients — to precisely measure the effectiveness of development programs, diagnose organizational health, and make decisions based on hard facts rather than intuition.
In parallel, I manage our online infrastructure. I oversee the development, technical structure, and search engine optimization (SEO) of the UNIVERSUM website, ensuring that our knowledge base and offerings are always accessible, intuitive, and secure.
My Core Responsibilities at the Institute:
- Data Analytics & Visualization: Creating advanced reports and executive dashboards that clearly illustrate complex business processes.
- Web Operations & Tech Support: Comprehensively managing the website, implementing new features, and ensuring the technical stability of the platform.
- Optimization & Automation: Designing the website structure for maximum search engine visibility (SEO) and automating internal data workflows.
I bridge the gap between technology and business needs. I ensure that UNIVERSUM’s innovative approach to leadership and wellbeing is always backed by a solid, modern, and stable technological foundation. All of my experience I’m putting into analytical work for Universum Institute and our clients.
